摘 要:为研究盾构隧道穿越已运营车站变形控制标准,并对既有车站结构进行安全性评价,以杭州某地铁盾构隧道穿越已运营车站为依托,参考地方标准及类似工程经验,通过分析长期运营监测数据初步探讨相应的变形控制指标;采用经典力学理论以多跨连续梁为模型,进一步分析基础变位作用下结构的受力行为,根据分析结果,提出以极限状态为原则的结构沉降控制标准;最后,运用Midas GTS有限元分析软件,建立三维数值模型模拟施工全过程,并在实际工程中进行监测反馈。研究结果表明,采用基础变位反分析得出既有车站结构沉降指标为-4~6 mm,严于技术标准及工程类比得出的相应指标,盾构穿越已运营车站最大沉降量为2.3 mm,沉降变形在允许可控范围内,验证了变形控制指标的有效性,确保了已运营地铁设施安全。In order to study the deformation control standard of shield tunnel passing under the existing station and evaluate the safety of station structures,this paper preliminarily discusses the corresponding deformation control indicators by referring to local standards,similar engineering experience and analyzes the long-term operation monitoring data based on a subway shield tunnel crossing the existing station in Hangzhou.The force behavior of the structure under the action of the foundation displacement is further analyzed by using the classical mechanics theory and taking the multi-span continuous beam as the model.According to analysis results,the deformation control standard under the influence of foundation displacement is proposed.Finally,Midas GTS finite element analysis software is used to establish a three-dimensional numerical model to simulate the process of construction,which is monitored and fed back in the actual projects.The results show that the settlement index of the existing station structure obtained by the back analysis is 6~-4 mm,which is stricter than the corresponding index obtained by technical standard and engineering analogy;the maximum settlement of the shield tunnel crossing the operating station is 2.3 mm and the settlement deformation is within the allowable and controllable range,which verifies the effectiveness of the deformation control index and ensures the safety of the operating subway facilities.
