摘  要:在“互联网+”背景下,信息技术与传统教育手段优劣互补、相辅相成,越来越多地应用于教学中。文章以盐酸普鲁卡因的分析为例,从案例设计、教学设计和考核评价等方面设计了原料药质量标准全分析的线上线下混合式实验教学方案。原料药质量标准中的检验项目所涉及的知识点和操作技术信息量大而有代表性,全分析又体现了药检工作的系统性,教学方法结合了线下课堂教学和新兴互联网学习的优势,有利于激发学生的学习热情,课前学习、课上讨论、课后总结各环节均体现了以学生为中心的理念,可作为其他原料药质量标准全分析实验混合式教学设计的参考和模板,也是药物分析实验教学改革的有益探索。Information technology and traditional education technology are complementary and applied to teaching increasingly under the background of the “Internet plus”.This paper discusses the instructional design of blended experimental teaching for complete analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredient(API) from several aspects, such as case design, teaching design and evaluation, by using procaine hydrochloride as an example. There are informative and representative knowledge points and operation techniques in the test items of API quality standard.Complete analysis reflects the systematicness of drug test work. The teaching method combines the advantage of offline classroom teaching and newly-developing internet learning, which inspires the learning enthusiasm of students.The learning before class, the discussion during class and the conclusion after class all embody the student-centered concept. This design may provide reference and template for blended experimental teaching of complete analysis of other API quality standard, and is also the beneficial exploration of drug analysis experiment teaching reform.
