摘  要:目的分析角色扮演法应用于口腔专业教学中的效果。方法研究时间为2019年1月—2021年1月,研究样本66名为口腔专业学生,根据入选研究时间不同分为观察组(n=33)、参照组(n=33)。参照组实施传统教学,观察组开展传统教学+角色扮演法教学。对比2组考试成绩、医患沟通能力及教学认可度。结果观察组学生考试成绩、语言沟通能力均高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组认为教学模式能激发学习积极性、培养信息获取能力、语言沟通表达能力、提高学习效率的学生多于参照组(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演法可有效提高学生对口腔专业教学的认可度,提升其学习成绩和医患沟通能力。Objective To analyze the effect of role-playing in oral teaching.Methods The study time was from January 2019 to January 2021.The study sample was 66 students majoring in dentistry,and they were divided into observation group(n=33)and reference group(n=33)according to the time of enrollment in the study.The reference group implements traditional teaching,and the observation group implements traditional teaching+role-playing teaching.Compare the two groups of test scores,doctor-patient communication skills,and teaching recognition.Results The test scores and language communication skills of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);more students in the observation group believed that the teaching mode could stimulate the enthusiasm for learning,cultivate the ability of information acquisition,language communication and expression,and improve the learning efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion The role-playing method can effectively improve students’recognition of oral teaching,improve their academic performance and doctor-patient communication ability.
