摘 要:目的观察分阶段目标教学在中医护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2018年10月—2020年10月实习的护士68名,以随机数字表法分为2组,参照组采取传统教学法带教,研究组采取分阶段目标教学法带教,比较2组在带教前、带教3个阶段(第1周、第2~3周、第4周)中理论知识及护理技能考核得分,并对2组实习期间提供护理服务的患者各100例进行满意度调查,评估患者满意度。结果研究组带教前理论知识及护理技能考核得分与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教3个阶段中,研究组理论知识及护理技能考核得分皆高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对研究组实习护士护理服务总满意度高于参照组实习护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理带教中,采取分阶段目标教学法展开带教,能够显著提高实习护士理论知识及护理技能水平,也能够提高患者满意度,教学方法应用价值显著,值得广泛应用。Objective To observe the application effect of phased objective-based teaching method in nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 68 intern nurses in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the study group was taught by phased objective-based teaching method.The scores of theoretical knowledge and nursing skills in the two groups before teaching and in three stages(the first week,the second to the third week and the fourth week)were compared,and 100 patients with nursing service were investigated to evaluate their satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and nursing skills between the study group and the control group before teaching(P>0.05).In the three stages of teaching,the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills assessment of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients’total satisfaction with nursing service of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In The teaching of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,the phased objective-based teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of practice nurses,and can improve patient satisfaction.The application value of teaching method is significant,which is worthy of wide application.
