摘　　要：教育教学督导对远程开放教育发展具有举足轻重的作用。结合北京开放大学顺义分校实际,在系统阐述其教学督导工作现状和问题的基础上,对构建远程开放教育教学督导机制进行了探索,思考分析了教学督导机制的实践策略,以完善的教学督导工作实现教育质量的提升。Education and teaching supervision plays an pivotal role in the development of distance open education.Considering the reality of Shunyi branch of Beijing Open University,together with systematically expounding the current situation and problems of its teaching supervision,this paper explores the construction of the teaching supervision mechanism of distance open education and analyzes the practical strategies of the teaching supervision mechanism,so as to better the teaching supervision and improve the quality of education.
