摘 要:利用桉叶精油及β-环糊精制备桉叶精油微胶囊,并将其与基材聚乙烯醇(PVA)结合从而获得一种具备良好抗菌性能的复合膜材料。分析不同质量浓度β-环糊精在不同温度、时间条件下包埋桉叶精油制备微胶囊的方法,利用得到的桉叶精油微胶囊制备复合膜材料,并测试其抗菌性能。由正交试验分析结果表明:质量浓度为8 g/mL的β-环糊精溶液在40℃的包埋温度下对桉叶精油乙醇溶液包埋2 h后所获得的微胶囊具有最佳的包埋率,可达到72.68%;将10%、12.5%、15%的微胶囊加入PVA溶液中制备抗菌复合膜,均表现出较好的抗菌性能。Using eucalyptus leaf essential oil andβ-CD,eucalyptus leaf essential oil microcapsules are prepared,combined with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to obtain a composite membrane material with good antibacterial properties.The preparation of microcapsules of Eucalyptus essential oil with different concentrations ofβ-CD under different temperature and time conditions is analyzed.The obtained Eucalyptus essential oil microcapsules are used to prepare composite membrane materials,and the antibacterial properties of the membrane materials are tested.The results of orthogonal experimental analysis show that theβ-Cyclodextrin solution with concentration of 8 g/mL has the best embedding rate of 72.38%for the microcapsules obtained by embedding eucalyptus leaf essential oil ethanol solution for 2 h at embedding temperature of 40℃.The antibacterial composite membrane is prepared by adding 10%,12.5%and 15%microcapsules into PVA solution,which shows good antibacterial properties.
