摘　　要：家族企业是一种悠久的企业组织形态,在世界经济史中占据重要位置。本文在回顾罗斯柴尔德家族发展史的基础上,阐明资本主义背景下的家族企业如何发挥积极作用,促进经济发展。研究表明,家族是维系国家与市场间平衡的纽带,家族企业以信任为基础来调节市场失灵。银行业以家族企业为依托,一是因为具有宽广的人脉;二是因为银行业着眼于货币积累而非提高技术创新的行业特征。Family business is a long-standing corporate organizational form and occupies an important position in the world economic history.On the basis of reviewing the development history of the Rothschild family,this article clarifies how family businesses play an active role in the context of capitalism and promote economic development.Studies have shown that the family is the link that maintains the balance between the state and the market,and family businesses use trust as the basis to regulate market failures.The banking industry relies on family businesses,firstly because it has a broad network of people;secondly,because the banking industry focuses on the accumulation of money rather than the industry characteristics of improving technological innovation.
