摘　　要：本文描述骨汤工业化生产工艺流程,介绍了影响车间环境的关键点,并提出了如何实现全封闭式的骨汤生产加工,旨在为骨汤项目设计或者骨汤加工企业的改造提供参考。The paper describes the industrial production process of bone soup,introduces the key points that affect the workshop environment,and puts forward how to realize the fully-enclosed production and processing of bone soup,aiming to provide reference for bone soup project design or the transformation of bone soup processing enterprises.
