地方应用型高校教学质量保障与监控体系提升机制研究

摘　　要：为提高地方应用型高校的教育教学质量,以T学院教学质量与监控体系运行现状为例,提出了构建基于大数据平台的教学全流程质量保障与监控体系、完善实践教学质量监控与保障体系、进一步加强教学过程的检查、监督和反馈、优化教学质量监控体系与实施运行环境和完善教学质量监控的激励约束机制等举措,保证教学过程按质按量地展开,将能够显著地提高教学质量。In order to improve the quality of education and teaching in local applied universities, taking the current situation of teaching quality and monitoring system in College T as an example, it is Proposed to build a quality assurance and monitoring system for the whole teaching process based on big data platform,perfecting the quality control and guarantee system of practical teaching,and to further strengthen the inspection, supervision and feedback of the teaching process, optimizing the teaching quality monitoring system and implementation environment, and to improve the incentive and restraint mechanism of teaching quality monitoring, ensuring that the teaching process is carried out according to quality and quantity,significantly improving the teaching quality.
