摘 要:针对柴油机在水下高排气背压环境工作时功率下降问题,开展基于电辅助增压(electrically-assisted turbocharger,EAT)的功率恢复方法研究。构建高背压柴油机的性能预测模型并进行试验验证。对多种拓扑结构的电辅助增压方案进行对比研究,结果表明:电辅助增压拓扑结构选型和匹配优化主要受主增压器运行范围的制约。串联低压级电辅助方案能够优化柴油机高背压适应性,实现高背压工况较高的功率恢复水平。在0.135 MPa背压工况下可恢复至原机功率的90.9%,0.165 MPa工况恢复至88.1%,0.185 MPa工况恢复至84.9%。An improvement method based on electrically-assisted turbocharger(EAT)was developed to solve the power reduction problem of diesel engine under high exhaust backpressure.A performance prediction model of high backpressure diesel engine was established and calibrated with test data.Comparative study was made on the EAT schemes of various topological structures.The results show that the topological structure selection and matching optimization of EAT are mainly restricted by the operating range of the main turbocharger.The series EAT scheme at low-pressure stage can optimize the adaptability of diesel engines to high backpressure and achieve a high power recovery level under high backpressure conditions.The diesel engine power can be restored to 90.9%at 0.135 MPa,88.1%at 0.165 MPa,and 84.9%at 0.185 MPa.
