“三全育人”理念下地方应用型本科院校“三全就业工作机制”研究与实践

摘　　要：全球经济下行与疫情影响的双重压力下,高校毕业生就业工作压力剧增,如何在大学生就业工作中科学地坚持、践行和发展“三全育人”理念,落实好大学生就业问题,是高校管理者需共同思考的问题。笔者基于地方应用型本科院校就业工作特点及问题分析,将“三全育人”理念与东莞理工学院土木工程专业就业工作实际相结合,创新性提出了“三全就业工作机制”,即:全程化的就业教育引导服务机制,全员化的就业支持服务机制,全方位的就业指导服务机制,取得了显著的就业工作成效。Under the dual pressure of global economic downturn and COVID-19,employment of college graduates becomes much more difficult.How to insist,practice and develop the concept of“three-all education”and implement the employment problem of college students in the employment work of college students is a problem that university administrators need to think about together.Based on the analysis of employment characteristics and problems of local application-oriented universities,and on the combination of the concept of three-all education with the employment of graduates in civil engineering,the author puts forward a threecomprehensive employment mechanism,namely,full-process employment education,guidance and service mechanism,all-staff-participation employment support&services mechanism,all-around services of employment guidance,which has achieved remarkable employment results.
