摘 要:中职教育是我国职业教育体系的重要组成,涉及到众多学科分支,随着中职教学政策的调整,中职毕业生拥有了升学和就业双重选择,中职院校如何针对这一新形式进行教学模式改革关系到学生的毕业意愿能否达成。以现阶段教育教学为基础,介绍了中职教育教学的现状和问题,分析了教师与学生的心理特征,总结了教学思维及模式的转变思路,并给出了教学实施的重点方向。Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's vocational education system,involving many disciplines.With the adjustment of secondary vocational education policy,secondary vocational school graduates have the dual choice of further education and employment.How secondary vocational schools carry out teaching mode reform against this new form has a bearing on whether students'Graduation intention can be achieved.Based on the current education and teaching,this paper introduces the current situation and problems of secondary vocational education and teaching,analyzes the psychological characteristics of teachers and students,summarizes the transformation ideas of teaching thinking and mode,and gives the key directions of teaching implementation.
