摘 要:目的评估基于案例教学法(CBL)的多学科诊疗(MDT)模式在肿瘤内科进修医师临床教学中的效果。方法以基于CBL的肿瘤MDT门诊教学的进修医师作为研究对象,在教学前后进行理论考试并填写调查问卷,评价教学效果。结果教学开始前,所有进修医师的平均成绩为(80.14±3.84)分,结束后提高至(88.08±3.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。参加进修后,进修医师对常见肿瘤诊治进展、常见肿瘤影像特征、常见肿瘤病理特征以及合并症和并发症的处理了解程度评分均明显高于参加进修前,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论基于CBL的肿瘤MDT门诊教学能够明显提升进修医师的临床综合诊治水平,增强自主学习能力,拓宽临床思维,提高教学满意度,值得在临床教学中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of case-based learning(CBL)guided by multidisciplinary team(MDT)for refresher oncology physicians.Method The refresher oncology physicians who participated in the cancer MDT based on CBL were selected and required to take the professional examination and fill in the questionnaire before and after the training to evaluate the teaching effect.Result The professional scores for all physicians after teaching were significantly higher than those before teaching[(88.08±3.68)vs(80.14±3.84),P<0.01].The scores for mastery of the new progress in the diagnosis and treatment of common tumors,imaging features,pathological features,and treatment of important complications after teaching were higher than those before teaching(P<0.01).Conclusion The teaching mode of cancer MDT based on CBL for refresher oncology physicians can significantly improve the ability of clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment,enhance independent learning,broaden clinical way of thinking,improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of applying in clinical teaching.
