摘 要:以玉米淀粉为原料,制备交联淀粉和交联阳离子淀粉,对重金属离子进行吸附。结果表明,交联淀粉制备的最优条件为:NaOH用量0.3 g,六偏磷酸钠用量0.16 g,反应温度55℃,反应时间150 min。在此条件下,沉降积达到最小值为0.75 mL,交联淀粉的交联度最佳。交联阳离子淀粉对Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Hg^(2+)均有很好的吸附能力,对Cu^(2+)吸附率达93.0%,Zn^(2+)吸附率达72.5%,Cd^(2+)吸附率达80.1%,Hg^(2+)吸附率达92.5%。The preparation of cross-linked starch and cross-linked cationic starch and the adsorption test of heavy metal ions were optimized using corn starch as raw material.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of cross-linked starch were:0.3 g of NaOH,0.16 g of sodium hexametaphosphate,55℃of reaction temperature and 150 min of reaction time.Under the conditions,the sedimentation volume was 0.75 mL and degree of crosslinking was optimum.The cross-linked cationic starch had better adsorption capacity for Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Hg^(2+),the adsorption rate of Cu^(2+)by cross-linked cationic starch was 93.0%,the adsorption rate of Zn^(2+)by cross-linked cationic starch was 72.5%,the adsorption rate of Cd^(2+)by cross-linked cationic starch was 80.1%,the adsorption rate of Hg^(2+)by cross-linked cationic starch was 92.5%.
