师范类专业认证下体育教育实习体系构建的向度、困境及进路

摘　　要：体育教育实习作为体育教育专业人才培养过程中的重要实践课程,是检验体育师范生培养质量的重要途径之一。为了推动体育教育专业的更好发展,提升未来体育教师人才培养的出口规格和标准,特此开展对体育教育实习体系改革的研究。根据本文研究需要,采用了文献资料法与逻辑分析法等研究方法,且依据了师范类专业认证中“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,从理想、现实及未来三个层面深入探析了体育教育实习体系在师范类专业认证下构建的向度、困境及进路。分析得出:在教育实习中缺少学生中心的教育理念、实习内容不全以及实习总结与反思教育形式化的教育问题;构建了以体育师范生为中心的观摩、教学及反思、以培养高质量体育师范生为导向和以提升体育师范生科研意识为目标的体育教育实习体系。Physical education practice,as an important practical course in the training of physical education professionals,is one of the important ways to test the training quality of physical education normal university students.In order to promote the better development of physical education and enhance the export specifications and standards for the training of physical education teachers in the future,the research on the reform of physical education practice system is hereby carried out.According to research needs,this paper adopted the methods of documentary and logical analysis,and on the basis of the professional certification of teachers of"student center,output oriented,continuous improvement,"the idea,from three aspects:ideal,reality and future insight into the physical education internship system under the normal kind of professional certification,difficulties,and from the Angle of approach.The analysis shows that there is a lack of student-centered education concept,incomplete practice content and formal education problems in practice summary and reflection.Therefore,a physical education practice system is constructed,which is centered on the observation,teaching and reflection of physical education normal students,guided by the cultivation of high-quality physical education normal students and aimed at improving the scientific research consciousness of physical education normal students.
