多模态翻译研究范式的构建

摘　　要：多模态语篇已成为当前翻译对象的主流,学界已开始从多模态的视角开展翻译研究,然而目前的研究尚不成体系,有必要从基本理论框架、基本研究问题和理论工具等方面构建多模态翻译研究范式。本文首先讨论了构建该范式的必要性,然后在分析翻译定义的基础上,提出了该范式的基本理论框架,分析了该范式需要探讨的基本研究问题,最后选定系统功能语言学视角下的多模态理论作为分析工具。本文有助于进一步推进多模态视角下的翻译研究。At present most of the source texts of translation are multimodal,and scholars have started to conduct translation studies from the perspective of multimodality;however,studies in this area are far from adequate.It is necessary to construct a paradigm for studying translation from the perspective of multimodality in terms of basic theoretical framework,basic research questions and theoretical tools.After analyzing the necessity of constructing such a paradigm,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the definition of translation,presents a theoretical framework and basic research questions for the paradigm,and selects the multimodal theories which are based on systemic-functional linguistics as the analytical tools.This paper can contribute to the advances of the translation studies from the perspective of multimodality.
