摘 要:以羟基丙烯酸树脂和多异氰酸酯固化剂构成的丙烯酸聚氨酯体系为研究对象,研究了乙酸、丙酸、异辛酸和新癸酸的加入对体系凝胶时间的影响,并采用Flory凝胶化理论结合Arrhenius方程进行了分析。结果表明:引入少量有机酸即可大幅缩短丙烯酸聚氨酯体系的凝胶时间,当有机酸用量继续增大时,凝胶时间变化曲线趋于平缓。表观活化能和指前因子的计算结果表明,有机酸的加入对丙烯酸聚氨酯体系的表观活化能影响不显著,但是能够明显降低指前因子。对乙酸与二月桂酸二丁基锡(T12)对丙烯酸聚氨酯体系的协同催化作用的研究表明,在该体系中,有机酸与T12存在拮抗作用。The acrylic polyurethane system composed of hydroxy acrylic resin and polyisocyanate was used as the research object,the influence of the addition of acetic acid,propionic acid,isooctanoic acid and neodecanoic acid on the gel time of the system was studied.The results were analyzed through Flory theory and Arrhenius equation.The results showed that the introduction of a small amount of organic acid could greatly shorten the gel time of the acrylic polyurethane system.When the amount of organic acid continued to increase,the gel time curve tended to be flat.The calculation results of apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor showed that the addition of organic acid had no significant effect on the apparent activation energy of acrylic polyurethane system,but could significantly reduce the pre-exponential factor.The synergistic catalytic effect of acetic acid and dibutyltin dilaurate on the acrylic polyurethane system was also investigated.
