摘 要:利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对2种常见微波谐振腔进行仿真研究,针对单馈口、双馈口和四馈口3种激励方式提出8种布置方案,经过对电场强度分布和电场最值的分析,选取出谐振腔最合适的馈口布置方案。结果表明:单馈口激励方式电场强度不均匀,不适合微波干燥;随着馈口数量的增加,谐振腔电场强度不一定随之增大;就整体电场强度而言,除单馈口激励方式外,在矩形谐振腔底面正方形边长与圆柱形谐振腔底面圆直径相等的情况下,矩形谐振腔弱于圆柱形谐振腔,故针对多馈口激励方式,矩形谐振腔适合于易干燥或者水分含量较低的物料,圆柱形谐振腔适合于所需热量较多或者水分含量较高的物料。仿真结果为谐振腔在微波干燥方面的应用研究提供参考。HFSS was used to simulate and research two kinds of common microwave resonators.Eight layout schemes were proposed for three excitation modes of single-feed,doubly-feed and four-feed,and the distribution and maximum value of electric field intensity were analyzed.The most suitable layout scheme of the resonators was selected.The simulation results indicate that the excitation mode of single-feed is not suitable for microwave drying for its nonuniformity of the electric field.And the electric field intensity of the resonator is not be positively correlated with that number of feed.The overall electric field intensity of rectangular resonators cavity is weaker than that of cylindrical resonators when the square side length of the bottom surface of the rectangular resonator is equal to the diameter of the bottom surface of the cylindrical resonator except for the excitation mode of single-feed,so rectangular resonator is suitable for materials which are easy to dry or contain low moisture for multi-feed excitation mode,but cylindrical resonator is suitable for materials with more heat or high moisture content.The simulation results provide a reference for the application research of the resonators in microwave drying.
