摘 要:翻转课堂是指利用现代信息技术手段来丰富学生学习活动,颠覆传统教学模式的全新学习模式,是当前高等教育教学改革的总体发展趋势。以“企业管理”课程为例,探索了基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式。该模式以学生为中心,以教师为引导者,利用平台教学资源,结合多种信息化手段,充分调动学生学习积极性和主动性,及时反馈学生问题,实现教学过程中教师、学生角色的转变,收到较好学习效果,实现教学目标。Flipped classroom refers to the use of modern information technology means to enrich students’learning activities and subvert the traditional teaching model of a new learning model.It is the overall development trend of the current higher education teaching reform.Taking the course Enterprise Management as an example,this paper explores the online blended learning mode based on flipped classroom.This model is to realize the transformation of the roles of teachers and students by taking students as the center and teachers as the guide.By using the platform teaching resources combined with a variety of information means,the mode also fully mobilizes students’learning enthusiasm and initiative and gives timely feedback on students’problems,in order to receive better learning results and achieve teaching objectives.
