摘　　要：大学生涯是人生阶段发展的“拔节孕穗”期,大学生教育要立足于本土文化,这对引导大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,以及职业观具有重要意义。我国大学生生涯教育需要构建符合中国国情的生涯教育理论和实践体系。以孔孟思想为代表的我国传统文化是本土生涯理论的渊源,在价值观、道德观方面都有丰富的论述。孔孟思想与大学生生涯教育具有内在联系,挖掘和吸收孔孟思想精髓,可以在新时代大学生生涯教育价值引领、技能培养,以及个性化生涯指导等方面提供借鉴,有助于实现本土生涯理论的构建。College life is the most important preparatory stage for college students’ career development.College students’ career education should be based on our national culture, which is of great significance to guiding college students to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and career outlook. The college students’ career education in China needs to build a career education theory and practice system in line with China’s national conditions. Chinese traditional culture represented by Confucius and Mencius thought is the origin of national career theory, and has rich discussions on values and morality. Confucius and Mencius thought and college students’ career education have internal relations. Excavating and absorbing the essence of Confucius and Mencius’ thoughts can provide references in the value guidance, skill training and personalized career guidance of college students’ career education in the new era, and help to realize the construction of national career theory.
