摘　　要：临床思维是对疾病或健康问题调查、分析、归纳、推理的过程。贯穿诊断及治疗的全过程是临床诊疗工作的核心和灵魂。全科住院医师(5+3模式)刚踏入临床工作中,面对众多复杂的临床资料往往难以应对。结合全科专业的自身特点,将全科临床思维运用在住院医师规范化培训带教过程中,指导全科住培医生运用“生物—心理—社会”医学模式,以人为中心、以问题为导向、以证据为基础,掌握系统性、整体性思维方式,注重逻辑性推理,坚持对立统一规律,倡导批判性思维,为广大居民提供全面、合理的全科医疗服务。Clinical thinking is a process of investigating,analyzing,inducting and summarizing about diseases or health problems,which runs throughout the whole process of diagnosis and treatment.It is the core and soul of clinical diagnosis and treatment.General practitioners(5+3 mode)just begin their clinical work and often feel it is difficult for them to deal with many complex clinical data.Combined with the characteristics of the general practice specialty,the general practice clinical thinking is applied in the standardized training and teaching process of residents to guide the general practice residents to use the“biological-psychological-social”medical model.The general practice residents should take people as the center,take problem as guide,and take evidence as basis,master systematic and holistic thinking mode,pay attention to logical reasoning,persist the law of the unity of opposites,and advocate critical thinking,so that they can provide comprehensive and reasonable general medical services for the patients.
