摘  要:依据高职《旅游政策与法规》课程特点,剖析教学改革的思路,指出关注学生的心理动向的必要性。引入心理学的共情理论,阐述其融入课程教学改革的原理及可行性,并分析共情在教学设计中的操作层次,展示在教学中的具体实施过程,探讨如何从知、能、意、行四个环节完成对学生知识传授和价值引领的同向同进,从而实现课程的育人功能。Based on the characteristics of tourism Policies and Regulations in higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the thinking of teaching reform and points out the necessity of paying attention to students'psychological trend.Introducing the theory of psychology of empathy,this article expounds the principle and feasibility of the reform of course teaching,and analyze the operation level of empathy in the teaching design.At last,the article shows the specific implementation process of teaching,and discusses how to complete the knowledge imparting and value guiding to students from the four links of knowledge,ability,intention and practice,so as to realize the educational function of the course.
