摘  要:目的 对专科医师规范化培训职业胜任能力要素进行分析,探讨构建职业胜任力模型。方法 通过文献分析和专家访谈法,编制专科医师规范化培训职业胜任力调查问卷,对9家专科医师规范化培训基地的临床医学专家、管理部门负责人和从事临床教学的指导教师进行调查,采用因子分析进行综合评价。结果 构建了包含专业能力胜任力和素质能力胜任力2个体系、4个维度的专科医师规范化培训职业胜任力模型。结论 科学和适宜的专科医师规范化培训胜任力评价指标体系的构建,能够满足日益增长医学教育对医学高级人才能力评价需要,保证高等医学院校教育教学对人才培养质量的要求。Objective To analyze the elements of professional competence of specially trained students in the standardized training of specialists,and to explore the evaluation system of professional competence of specially trained students.Methods Through the methods of expert interview and literature analysis,a questionnaire on the professional competence of specialists in the standardized training of specialists was made,and Delphi expert consultation,factor analysis and other statistical methods were carried out on the clinical medical experts,management department cadres and clinical teaching instructors in 9 professional training bases in China.Results The professional competency model of specialist,which includes two systems of professional competency and Quality Competency and four dimensions,was constructed.Conclusion The construction of a scientific and appropriate competency evaluation index system for the standardized training of specialists can meet the growing needs of medical education for the evaluation of the ability of senior medical talents,and ensure the requirements of higher medical education and teaching for the quality of talent training.
