大学教学学术文化的窘境与创生

摘  要:受传统教学和学术文化影响,目前大学中普遍存在着教育教学理念滞后、教师评价体系失衡、教学学术成果评价标准缺位和成果交流平台不足等问题,制约了教学学术工作的有效开展。为促进教学学术文化真正在大学里扎根发芽、开花结果,就必须更新教学和学术理念,以学术活动的逻辑重构基层教学学术组织、建立多样化的教学学术成果交流平台、建立科学合理的教学学术成果评价机制、改进教师评价制度、营造良好的校园教学学术氛围等,这些是重塑大学教学学术文化的关键因素。Under the influence of traditional teaching and academic culture,the effective development of teaching and academic work in universities is restricted by such factors as the lag of education teaching concept,the imbalance of teacher evaluation system,the absence of teaching academic achievement evaluation standard,the lack of achievement exchange platform,etc..In order to promote the teaching academic culture to truly take root and blossom in universities,it will become the key of reshaping the teaching and academic culture for universities to renew the teaching and academicidea,reconstruct teaching academic organization at the grass-roots level in the logic of academic activities,establish a diversified teaching academic achievements exchange platform,establish scientific and rationalevaluation mechanism,improveteachers'evaluation system and create a good campus teaching academic atmosphere.
