摘 要:目的使用潜在剖面分析低年资护士人文关怀的类别及不同类别间护士间的情绪智力的差异,为临床采取个体化干预策略提供参考依据。方法选择2021年1—6月安徽省某三级甲等医院332名低年资护士作为调查对象。采用自行编制的一般人口学特征问卷、人文关怀能力评价量表、情绪智力量表进行问卷调查。通过潜在剖面分析低年资护士人文关怀的类别,并比较不同类别间情绪智力的差异。结果低年资护士可分为2个类别,其中153名护士属于低能力-角色缺失组,179名护士属于高能力-感知缺乏组,其中工作年限1~3年、学历为大专倾向分布于低能力-角色缺失组,工作年限4~5年,学历为本科及以上倾向分布于高能力-感知缺乏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高能力-感知缺乏组在情绪智力4个维度评分均高于低能力-角色缺失组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低年资护士人文关怀能力可分为高能力-感知缺乏和低能力-角色缺失两个潜在分类,低能力-角色缺失类低年资护士情绪智力偏低,护理管理者应根据低年资护士人文关怀能力的潜在分类特点给予针对性干预策略,以提高其人文关怀能力。Objective By applying the latent profile to analyze the categories of humanistic care of junior nurses and the differences of emotional intelligence among different categories of nurses clinical individualized intervention strategy to provide reference basis.Methods A total of 332 junior nurses from a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Anhui Province from January to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.By taking the self-developed general demographic characteristics questionnaire,humanistic care ability assessment scale and emotional intelligence scale to conduct the questionnaire survey.The latent profi le was used to analyze the categories of humanistic care of junior nurses,and the diff erences of emotional intelligence among different categories were compared.Results The nurses with low seniority could be divided into two categories,among which 153 nurses belonged to the low ability-role absence group and 179 nurses belonged to the high ability-perceived lack group.Among them,the nurses with 1-3 years of working experience and college degree tended to be distributed in the low ability-role absence group,with 4-5 years of working experience.The tendency to have a bachelor degree or above was distributed in the high ability perception defi ciency group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The scores of four dimensions of emotional intelligence in the high ability-perception defi ciency group were higher than the low ability-role defi ciency group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low qualifi cation nurses ability to humanistic care could be divided into high-lack of awareness and low loss-role ability two potential classifi cation,low ability-lack of character class qualifi cation nurses emotional intelligence was low,nursing managers should be based on low qualifi cation nurses potential classifi cation characteristics of humanistic care ability gives targeted intervention strategy,in order to improve their ability of humanistic care.
