摘　　要：研究生教育作为我国学历教育的最高层次,是培养高层次人才的主阵地。近年来随着考生数量和招生计划不断扩大,我国硕士研究生招生存在的问题逐渐暴露出来,主要表现在:①各研究生招生单位自命题科目安全问题。②自命题科目与全国统一命题科目统一划线,存在竞争公平性问题。③同专业考生考试内容不同,对择优复试选拔工作造成困难。对于以上问题,本文在遵循公平、公正、公开的原则下,提出了如下对策:①通过优化学科体系建设,统一命题,完成初试基础能力的选拔。②通过"招考分离",兼顾效率与公平。③通过强化复试选拔环节,增加复试的多样性和灵活性,保障生源质量。本研究成果将为推进我国硕士研究生招生考试改革提供借鉴和启示。As the highest education level in China,postgraduate education is the main field of cultivating high-level talents.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the number of examinee and enrollment plan,the problems existing in the enrollment of postgraduate students in China have been gradually exposed,mainly reflected in the following aspects:①The security of the subject set by each graduate student enrollment unit.②There is a problem of fairness in competition between self-set subject and national unified set subject.③With the professional examinee examination content is different,to the selection of excellent reexamination work caused difficulties.For the above problems,this paper put forward the following countermeasures under the principle of fairness,justice and openness:①Through optimizing the construction of discipline system,unifying the proposition,completing the selection of basic ability in the preliminary examination.②Through"recruitment separation",take into account efficiency and fairness.③The diversity and flexibility of the reexamination should be increased to ensure the quality of students by strengthening the selection process of the reexamination.The research results will provide reference and inspiration for promoting the reform of postgraduate entrance examination in China.
