摘　　要：墨子职业教育思想集“人文道德品质教育、科技创新能力教育、行业匠心素养教育”于一体,涉及教育目的、教育对象、教育理念、教育方法、技能培养多个方面,形成了墨子“人文·科技·工匠”“三位一体”职业教育思想体系,具有与先秦其他学派形差质异的独创性和独特性。墨子立足“士农工商”各阶层诉求,形成了以“兼士”为培养目标,以“兴利除弊”为职业发展的独树一帜的先秦职业教育。本文结合对墨家职业教育思想的“兴利除弊、重视生存技能培养”“以人为本、德育为先育人”“志功合一、重视实践创新”等独特性教育价值研究,传承墨子“三位一体”职业教育思想,弘扬中华民族工匠精神,创新培育新时代卓越匠心文化,培养高技能大国工匠人才,推进职业教育高质量发展。Mozi′s vocational education thought integrates"humanistic moral quality education,scientific and technological innovation ability education and industrial ingenuity literacy education",involving many aspects of educational purpose,educational object,educational concept,educational method and skill training,forming Mozi′s"Trinity"vocational education thought system of"humanities,science and technology,craftsman",It has the originality and uniqueness different from other schools in the Pre-Qin Dynasty.Based on the demands of scholars,farmers,industry and commerce,Mozi formed a unique Pre-Qin vocational education with"jianshi"as the training goal and"promoting advantages and eliminating disadvantages"as the career development.This paper combines the research on the unique educational values of Mohist vocational education thoughts,such as"promoting advantages and eliminating disadvantages,paying attention to the cultivation of survival skills","people-oriented,moral education first","the integration of ambition and work,and paying attention to practical innovation",inherits Mozi′s"Trinity"vocational education thoughts,carries forward the craftsman spirit of the Chinese nation,innovates and cultivates the excellent craftsmanship culture in the new era,and cultivates high skills.We should build a large country with artisan talents and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
