摘　　要：运用教育生态学理论,以“全面”“联系”“共生”视角,系统分析区域经济、区域文化、区域产业、区域教育等四个方面的职业教育生态系统现状运行研究,并从完善人才培养体系、提高人才培养质量、加强产教城融合发展等方面提出构建职业教育生态系统的创新思路。Based on the theory of educational ecology,this study systematically analyzes the present situation of vocational education ecosystem in four aspects:regional economy,regional culture,regional industry and regional education from the perspective of"comprehensive","connection"and"symbiosis",and puts forward innovative ideas for constructing vocational education ecosystem from the aspects of perfecting the talent training system,improving the quality of talent training and strengthening the integration and development of production and education cities.
