摘  要:目的:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS)测定化妆品中致敏香料新铃兰醛Ⅰ、新铃兰醛Ⅱ、苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛含量的方法。方法:采用通过式SPE净化柱对霜剂、乳剂、粉剂和液体类化妆品进行样品处理,GC-MS定性定量测定。结果:新铃兰醛Ⅰ、新铃兰醛Ⅱ、苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛线性关系良好,相关系数(r)>0.990,各种化妆品基质的回收率在72.3%~125.4%,RSD<10%,方法定量限(LOQ)为新铃兰醛Ⅰ3.6 mg/kg、新铃兰醛Ⅱ1.4 mg/kg、苔黑醛1.9 mg/kg和氯化苔黑醛5.0mg/kg。结论:该分析方法前处理简单,高效准确,选择性好,可用于化妆品中致敏香料含量的测定分析。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of sensitizing spice lyral I,lyralⅡ and atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics by GC-MS.Methods:The cream,emulsion,powder and liquid water-based cosmetics were pretreated by a pass-through SPE purification column.Then the GC-MS was used to make a qualitative and quantitative determination.Results:The lyral I,lyralⅡ,atranol and chloroatranol had good linearity in certain ranges,the correlation coefficients (r) was greater than 0.990.The recovery rate of various cosmetic substrate materials was between 72.3% and 125.4%,and the RSD was less than 10%.The LOQ of lyral I was 3.6 mg/kg,the LOQ of lyralⅡ was 1.4 mg/kg,the LOQ of atranol was 1.9 mg/kg,andthe LOQ of chloroatranol was 5.0 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is preprocessing simple,efficient,accurate and selective.It can be used for the determination and analysis of allergenic spice content in cosmetics.
