摘  要:群体信任是社会信任的基础,培育积极的群体信任有助于巩固和谐的群体关系,促进群体互动和团结合作。从社会互动的视角分析,群体信任受多个互动要素的影响,如个体层面的信任经验与隐性偏见,群体层面的群体接触程度、群体认同、群体威胁与群体地位,社会层面的社区邻里关系、制度性信任及社交媒体的调节作用等。因此,通过扩大个体信任半径,提升国民普遍信任水平;打破群体边界,推进跨群体接触与跨群体友谊的建立;弱化群体差异性,凸显共同体身份;树立全球化发展理念,培育人类命运共同体意识;打造信任型社区;同时,发挥社交媒体的信任力传播作用,彰显社会契约信任力等方式,提升群体信任水平。Group trust is the foundation of social trust,and fostering positive group trust helps to consolidate harmonious group relationships and promote group interaction,solidarity and cooperation.Analyzed from the perspective of social interaction,group trust is influenced by several interactive elements,such as individual level including trust experience and implicit bias,group level involving the degree of group contact,group identity,group threat and group status,and social level involving community neighborhood,institutional trust and the moderating role of social media.Therefore,the study suggests that the level of group trust should be improved by expanding the radius of individual trust and raising the level of national general trust;breaking group boundaries and promoting the establishment of cross-group contact and cross-group friendship;weakening group differences and highlighting community identity;establishing the concept of global development and cultivating the sense of human destiny community;creating a trusting community;at the same time,bringing into play the role of social media in spreading trust power and manifesting social contract trust power.
