摘 要:医患沟通是医学生临床学习中的一种学习方法,也是医学留学生在成长过程中需要不断提升的能力和技巧。除了语言因素外,文化差异和跨文化沟通能力是影响医学留学生医患沟通最重要的因素,会影响医学留学生临床学习过程和教学效果。如何提高医学留学生教学质量是当前开展医学留学生教育面临的重要课题,而跨文化敏感性作为跨文化沟通的重要概念,是留学生培养中提高教育质量的重要研究内容。本文通过对目前医学留学生教育中与跨文化沟通相关的文化能力和跨文化敏感性的概念、存在及问题应用的研究进行综述,为从事医学留学生教育的医学高校老师制订留学生教学策略、开展进一步思考及不断改进留学生临床教学效果提供参考。Doctor-patient communication is a learning method for medical students during internships.It is also the ability and skill that medical students need to continuously improve in their growth.In addition to language barrier,cultural difference and cross-cultural communication skill are also the most important factors affecting the communication between medical students and patients,which will inevitably affect medical students’learning process and learning effect.How to improve the quality of international medical education is an important issue of our medical school,and intercultural sensitivity is also an important content of medical education.Here we summarize the concepts,applications and problems of cultural competence and intercultural sensitivity in the international medical education,which provides some references for the teachers who will engage in the education,which may also improve the effectivene ss of international medical education.
