摘　　要：目的 调查实习护生批判性思维能力的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取在广西某三甲医院实习的368名护生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)进行调查。比较不同特征的实习护生批判性思维能力,并分析影响实习护生批判性思维能力的因素。结果 368名实习护生的CTDI-CV总得分为(283.92±36.50)分,其中53.3%的实习护生有正性批判性思维能力。性别、学历、家庭氛围、是否喜欢护理专业、课外阅读习惯是实习护生批判性思维能力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 大多数实习护生的批判性思维偏于正性,性别、学历、家庭氛围、是否喜欢护理专业、课外阅读习惯是实习护生批判性思维能力的影响因素。Objective To investigate the current state of critical thinking disposition of nursing interns, and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 368 nursing students whose internship was in a Class Ⅲ Level A hospital of Guangxi were selected as the research subjects. The general information questionnaire and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) were used to investigate. The critical thinking disposition were compared between the nursing interns with different features;moreover, the influencing factors for critical thinking disposition of nursing interns were analyzed.Results The total score of CTDI-CV in 368 nursing interns was 283.92±36.502, thereinto 53.3% of nursing interns had positive critical thinking disposition. The gender, education background, family atmosphere, whether liking nursing or not, extracurricular reading habits were the influencing factors for critical thinking disposition of nursing interns(all P<0.05).Conclusion Most of critical thinking of nursing interns tends to be positive. The gender, education background, family atmosphere, whether liking nursing or not, extracurricular reading habits are the influencing factors for critical thinking disposition of nursing interns.
