高校新型研发机构发展实践探索——以华南理工大学为例

摘　　要：新型研发机构的建设离不开与高校的合作。高校主导建设的新型研发机构能依托所在高校科研和人才优势,发挥科技成果转化、科技中介咨询作用,使得高校能更好对接地区产业,更好衔接应用研究和基础研究。鼓励高校建设新型研发机构,一方面高校能为新型研发机构提供充足的高层次人力资源支持,并能充分发挥高校基础科学研究优势,支撑新型研发机构可持续化展;另一方面,高校通过建设新型研发机构对学校自身的学科和人才培养具有重要意义。The construction of new R&D institutions is inseparable from the cooperation with universities.The new R&D institutions led by colleges and universities can rely on the discipline advantages of the colleges and universities,play the role of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and intermediary consultation of science and technology,so that colleges and universities can better connect with regional industries,and better link up applied research and basic research.To speed up the construction of new R&D institutions led by colleges and universities,on the one hand,colleges and universities can provide abundant scientific and technological human resources support for new R&D institutions,and give full play to the advantages of basic research in Colleges and universities to support the sustainable development of new R&D institutions.On the other hand,the construction of new R&D institutions has great impact on high-level universities,colleges and universities in Guangdong Province High level University of science and technology and high-level discipline construction are also of great significance.
