摘 要:近年来,信息技术的应用十分广泛,对各行各业的发展都带来了极大的影响。食品安全管理方面也开始引入越来越多的现代化手段,不仅为消费者展现了更多的食品安全信息,也有助于促进食品安全监督管理工作的落实,保证食品安全。本文分析了影响食品安全的常见问题,阐述了信息化时代下做好食品安全监管的重要性,结合实际情况探讨了当前社会背景下利用信息技术加强食品安全监督管理的有效策略,以期为我国食品安全领域的发展提供参考。In recent years,the application of information technology is very extensive,which has brought a great impact on the development of all walks of life.In food safety management,more and more modern means have been introduced,which not only shows more food safety information to consumers,but also helps to promote the implementation of food safety supervision and management and ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the common problems affecting food safety,expounds the importance of doing a good job in food safety supervision in the information age,and discusses the effective strategies of using information technology to strengthen food safety supervision and management under the current social background,in order to provide reference for the development of food safety in China.
