摘 要:本文基于高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)技术评定黄酒中苯甲酸的不确定度。通过建立不确定度测量的数学模型,对不确定度来源(样品称重、标准溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合、回收率的测定、重复测量)进行不确定度合成,得出黄酒中苯甲酸含量测定过程中扩展不确定度值为0.003 4 g·kg^(-1)(k=2)。其中,影响结果的主要因素为回收率、标准系列溶液配制和标准曲线拟合。本研究可为提升黄酒中苯甲酸检测结果的准确性提供参考依据。The uncertainty of benzoic acid in rice wine was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The mathematical model for the determination of benzoic acid in huangjiu by HPLC method was established,and the source of uncertainty was analyzed.Through the uncertainty synthesis of uncertainty sources (sample weighing,preparation of standard solution,fitting of standard curve,determination of recovery rate and repeatability of measurement results),the expanded uncertainty value during the determination of benzoic acid in huangjiu was 0.003 4 g·kg^(-1)(k=2).The main factors affecting the results were recovery rate,standard series solution preparation and standard curve fitting.This study provides a reference for the accuracy of the detection results of benzoic acid in huangjiu,and provides effective,reliable and traceable data for laboratory testing.
