摘 要:中小学生学业负担过重是我国教育中的一个顽疾,自新中国成立以来就从未停止过对其的治理。2021年刚颁布的“双减”政策掀起了对于减负问题的新一波讨论热潮,社会各界也都在探寻为何会“越减越负”。基于此背景,采用文献分析法,首先对新中国成立以来我国中小学减负政策进行回顾,探究其不同阶段的着眼点;其次从政策本身,政策执行以及文化观念等方面分析多次减负收效甚微的原因;最后对全文进行总结并对未来的减负之路作出展望。The heavy academic burden for students in primary and middle schools is a persistent disease in China’s education.Since the founding of new China,we have never stopped the management of it.The“Double Reduction”policy just promulgated in 2021 has set off a new wave of discussion on the issue of burden reduction,and all sectors of society are also exploring why“the more reduced,the heavier the burden becomes”.Based on this background,this paper will use literature analysis method,first of all,to review the burden reduction policies of primary and secondary schools in China since the founding of new China,and explores its focus in different stages;Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the limited success of repeatedly reducing the academic burden for children from the policy itself,policy implementation and cultural concepts,Finally,the paper summarizes the whole text and looks forward to the path of reducing the academic burden for children in the future.
