摘　　要：对于国家、社会、企业,甚至个人来讲,创新是非常重要的影响因素。为了实现人才培养目标,技校应正确认识学生创新意识培养的重要性,积极构建以学生创新意识培养为核心的体育教学活动,有侧重性地教授和培养学生,促进他们的全面发展。基于此,该文将着重分析技校体育教学中创新意识培养的重要性,探究体育教学中如何良好地培养学生创新意识,并提出可行性建议。For country,society,enterprises,and even individuals,innovation is a very important factor.In order to realize the goal of talent training,technical schools should correctly recognize the importance of cultivating students'innovative consciousness,actively construct PE teaching activities with the cultivation of students'innovative consciousness as the core,teach and train students with special emphasis,and promote their all-round development.Based on this,this paper will focus on the analysis of the importance of the training of innovative consciousness in the PE teaching of technical schools,explore how to cultivate students'innovative consciousness in the PE teaching,and put forward feasible suggestions.
