摘  要:为了深化校企合作的深度,提高校企合作的有效性,加深企业、学校、学生的参与程度,从“准员工”视阈出发,以《物流配送管理》课程为对象进行课程改革建设,通过引企入校、线上交流和现场实操等多种方式共同实现。在此过程中,学校和企业共同成长,教师、企业导师、学生三者相互促进,从而提高教学水平、加强能力培养、深化校企合作。In order to deepen the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation and increase participation of businesses,schools and students,from the“prospective employee”perspective,it is important to reform the course,which takes the course of“Logistics Distribution Management”as the object.There are several methods,such as introducing enterprises to schools,online communication,on-site practice and so on.In this process,the school and the enterprise grow together,teachers,enterprise mentors and students promote each other.As a result of this reform,the teaching level has been improved,the ability training has been enhanced and the cooperation between the school and the enterprise has been deepen.
