摘 要:当前,关于农村小学全科教师培养仍有许多争议,培养效果尚未得到实际深入研究。采用混合研究方法,选取西部某市农村全科小学教师为典型案例,实证探讨农村全科教师培养效果,为农村小学全科教师培养提出合理化建议。研究发现:在就业地域上,农村全科小学教师基本实现定向农村就业,但以乡镇中心小学就业居多;在对农村小学教育的情感上,农村小学全科教师总体上比较喜欢自己的职业,但多数“未来不愿意在农村长期就业”;在多学科教学的全科特性上,主教1门兼教1门是常态,但是音、美、科学等学科胜任度仍相对不足。研究建议:完善就业政策和流动机制,科学化服务农村全科小学教师就业;多方联动、完善服务体系,填补农村全科小学教师理想和现实之间的“鸿沟”;职前聚焦“一专多能”、职后体现“教为所长”,发挥农村全科小学教师优势.At present,there are still many controversies about rural general primary teachers’training,and the training effect has not been studied in depth.Using a mixed research method,a typical case of rural general primary teachers in a western city is selected to empirically discuss the training effect of rural general teachers,and to put forward reasonable suggestions for the training of rural general teachers.Founding is as below:in terms of employment area,rural general primary teachers basically achieved targeted rural employment,but most of them were employed in township central primary schools;in terms of emotion for rural primary education,“preferring”rural primary school is the main occupational view,but most of them are“unwilling to work in rural areas for a long time in the future”;in terms of the general characteristics of multidisciplinary teaching,it is normal for bishops to teach one subject at the same time,but the competency of subjects such as music,art,and science is still relatively insufficient.The research suggests that the employment policy and mobility mechanism should be improved,and the employment of rural general primary teachers should be scientifically provided.Focusing on ability and embodying on specialism after employment can give full play to the advantages of rural general primary teachers.
