摘　　要：莱维纳斯的“他者伦理学”思想可以为教师合作文化建设注入伦理学的血液,为教师合作提供新思路和方向。教师应从合作中仅关注“自我”的取向中抽离出来,实现“为他者”的伦理转向。为此,教师在合作中应被看成具有差异性、绝对性、外在性与陌生性的“他者”,在与“他者”“面对面”的“亲近”中与“他者”进行一种袒露自我的“言说”,开拓教师合作的新境界。The Other Ethics of Emmanuel Levinas is a trailblazer of teachers’ collaboration, shedding new light on the orientation of the practice and instilling ethical elements into the cooperation process.It is imperative for teachers to transcend the ego-centrism so as to elevate into the ethical selves and high-moral collaborators who can accept the Other.Therefore, it is indispensable for teachers to be regarded as the Other with differences, absoluteness and extraneous strangeness, among whom there’s candid communication that promotes self-revealing exchange and explores new realm of teachers’ collaboration.
