摘  要:实验教学改革是一流本科课程建设的重要内容。在改革教学方法的基础上,针对《生物化学实验》课程设计出具有蚕桑专业特色的综合性实验项目——家蚕幼虫与蛹的微管蛋白鉴定,以使学生能系统地学习到蛋白质免疫印迹的实验技术以及数据分析方法,增强学生对专业基础学科的学习兴趣和应用能力。通过教学实践证明,将经典的《生物化学实验》与蚕桑优势学科相融合的实验教学项目,有效激发了学生的学习主动性及实验参与感,使学生更全面了解到课程相关内容的发展,提升了学生对学科的认知水平、综合学习能力、对专业基础知识的理解能力以及研究与实验动手能力,达到了预期的教学改革目的。Experimental teaching reform is an important element in the construction of first-class undergraduate courses. Based on the reform of teaching methods, we designed a comprehensive experimental project for the course of “Biochemistry Experiment” with the characteristics of sericulture majors-the identification of tubulin in silkworm larvae and pupae, so that students can systematically learn the experimental techniques of Western blot and data analysis methods, and enhance students’ learning and application ability of professional basic subjects. The aim is to enhance students’ interest and application of the basic subjects. Through the teaching practice, it is proved that the experimental teaching program integrating the classical Biochemistry Experiment with the advantageous subject of sericulture effectively stimulates the students’ learning initiative and experimental participation, makes students understand the development of the relevant content of the course more comprehensively, enhances students’ cognitive level, comprehensive learning ability, understanding of professional basic knowledge and research and experimental hands-on ability of the subject, and achieves the expected purpose of the teaching reform.
