摘  要:以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是实现以学生为中心的教育活动的重要内容,也是启发学生分析和解决问题能力、提高沟通交流能力等综合素质的重要载体。PBL教学法初创于19世纪60年代的美国,由神经病学专家Barrows提出,与课程中心、教师中心的传统模式不同,该教学法更关注学生主体地位,倡导将问题作为整个教学环节的起点和基础,使学生在自发的资料搜集、思考讨论中得出相应结论,有助于锻炼学生的独立思考能力,激活其创新、实践精神。这与现代医学教育理念“以学生为中心,培养学生自主学习和终身学习的能力”完全契合。本文聚焦PBL教学法优势,从多个角度论述了其应用于内科见习教学的目标、意义与影响,并探讨了相关实践思路。Problem-based learning(PBL)is an important part of the realization of student-centered educational activities,it is also an important carrier for inspiring students to analyze and solve problems,improve communication skills and other comprehensive qualities.The PBL teaching method was founded in the United States in the 1860s and was proposed by neurologist Barrows.Different from the traditional mode of curriculum center and teacher center,this teaching method pays more attention to the subject status of students,and advocates taking problems as the starting point and foundation of the whole teaching process,to enable students to draw corresponding conclusions in spontaneous data collection,thinking and discussion.It is helpful to exercise students'independent thinking ability and activate their innovative and practical spirit.This is completely in line with the modern medical education concept of"taking students as the center and cultivating students'ability of independent learning and lifelong learning".This paper focuses on the advantages of PBL teaching method,discusses the goals,significance and influence of its application in internal medicine probationary teaching from multiple perspectives,and discusses related practical ideas.
