摘 要:目的探讨基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学方法对参加住院医师规范化培训医生掌握气管插管术的效果。方法选取2021年9—11月苏州大学附属第一医院非麻醉学专业的规培医生120名,分别采用传统教学方法(n=60,对照组)和PBL教学方法(n=60,PBL组)给学员培训气管插管。对比两组技能操作考核成绩、理论知识考核成绩,调查两组对教学方法的满意度。结果PBL组男学员技能操作考核分数高于对照组[(95.5±3.4)分vs(85.9±5.4)分];PBL组女学员技能操作考核分数高于对照组[(95.2±3.6)分vs(77.7±5.9)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL组男学员理论知识考试分数高于对照组[(95.4±4.3)分vs(77.9±6.0)分];PBL组女学员理论知识考试分数高于对照组[(95.6±4.7)分vs(86.3±5.6)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL组学员对教学方法的总体满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比传统的教学方法,基于问题学习的教学方法能够提高非麻醉学专业规培医生学习气管插管的效果,且学员对PBL教学方式的满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method on doctors participating in standardized training for residents to master endotracheal intubation.Methods A total of 120 non-anesthesiology doctors from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from September to November 2021 were selected.The trainees were trained on tracheal intubation by using the traditional teaching method(n=60,control group)and the PBL teaching method(n=60,PBL group).Comparing the two groups of skill operation assessment results and theoretical knowledge assessment results,the two groups'satisfaction with the teaching method was investigated.Results The scores of male students in the PBL group were higher than those in the control group[(95.5±3.4)points vs(85.9±5.4)points];the scores of female students in the PBL group were higher than those in the control group[(95.2±3.6)points vs(77.7±5.9)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge test scores of male students in the PBL group were higher than those in the control group[(95.4±4.3)points vs(77.9±6.0)points];the theoretical knowledge test scores of female students in the PBL group were higher than those in the control group[(95.6±4.7)points vs(86.3±5.6)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the PBL group had higher overall satisfaction with the teaching methods than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the problem-based teaching method can improve the effect of non-anesthesiology professional training doctors in learning tracheal intubation,and the students are more satisfied with the PBL teaching method.
