摘  要:目的了解杭州某高校近五年健康服务与管理专业本科生临床见习教学效果,并基于能力本位教育理论(competency based education,CBE)提出改善对策。方法于2015年8月—2019年8月,采用自行研制的临床见习效果问卷对220名2012—2016级健康服务与管理本科生进行调查。结果220名本科生在见习效果评价中整体反馈维度的平均分最高(3.6±0.7)分,实际收获与预期收获差距最大的是“加深专业理解”(差值百分比为38.2%),本科生所在年级、科室与专业联系程度和对专业态度动摇情况是见习效果的主要影响因素。结论健康服务与管理专业的见习内容设置基本符合CBE理论要求,为提高见习效果和工作能力,需增加校内案例教学和动手操作机会。Objective To understand the clinical probationary teaching effect of undergraduates majoring in health service and management in a university in Hangzhou in the past five years,and to propose improvement countermeasures based on the theory of competency based education(CBE).Methods From August 2015 to August 2019,a self-developed clinical trainee effect questionnaire was used to investigate 220 undergraduates of health service and management in grades 2012-2016.Results The average score of the overall feedback dimension of the 220 undergraduates was the highest(3.6±0.7)points in the apprenticeship effect evaluation.The biggest difference between actual and expected gains was in"enhanced professional understanding"(percentage difference:38.2%).The grade of undergraduates,the degree of connection between the department and the major,and the wavering of their attitude towards the major are the main influencing factors of the trainee effect.Conclusion The training content setting of health service and management major basically conforms to the requirements of CBE theory,in order to improve the training effect and work ability,it is necessary to increase the opportunities for case teaching and hands-on operation in the school.
