摘  要:顶岗实习支教已成为我国大部分高等师范院校的教育实习方式,虽然在实践方面顶岗实习支教已开展得如火如荼,但关于顶岗实习支教的理论研究还在起步阶段,尤其缺乏文献理论研究。分析地方师范院校当前顶岗实习支教在准备阶段、实施阶段、完成阶段师范生及其各相关方面的现状,探求其存在的问题及成因,力求在此基础上寻求有利于高校师范生顶岗实习支教的更好发展,完善高等师范院校顶岗实习支教生的培养制度,为高等师范院校师生提供开展顶岗支教实习工作方法的理论依据。In-post internship support education has become the way of education practice in most normal colleges and universities in our country. Although in-service internship support education has been carried out in full swing in practice, the theoretical research on internship support education is still in its infancy, especially the lack of literature theoretical research. The paper analyzes the current internship support teaching in local normal universities in the preparation, implementation, and completion stages of normal students and other related aspects, explore their existing problems and causes, and strive to find the way of better development for the internship support of college normal students on this basis, improve the training system of internship support students in higher normal colleges, and provide teachers and students of higher normal colleges with a method and theoretical basis for carrying out internship support teaching.
