摘  要:目的了解西藏医学本科生专业认同感现况及其影响因素,为医学人才培养提供参考依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,于2021年3月—5月对西藏大学997名医学专业本科生进行问卷调查,调查学生的专业认同感及其影响因素。采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性逐步回归、Pearson相关性分析等方法进行数据分析。结果学生专业认同感为(3.76±0.43)分,专业美誉度为(4.04±0.59)分,专业认知度为(4.02±0.53)分,专业投入度为(3.71±0.52)分,专业匹配度为(3.69±0.50)分,专业喜爱度(3.44±0.89)分。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,认可所学专业(β=0.35,P<0.01)、自主选择所学专业(β=0.19,P<0.01)、对所学专业前景充满期待(β=0.26,P<0.01)、身边重要他人影响了专业填报(β=0.08,P<0.01)的学生专业认同感较高。结论西藏医学本科生专业认同感处于中等偏上水平,专业认同感受到了性别、民族、年级、专业、所学习专业是否为高考报考第一志愿、选择所学专业的原因、身边重要他人是否影响了选择专业选择、是否认可所学专业、对所学专业前景充满期待等因素影响。Objective To investigate the current status of Tibetan medical undergraduates'professional identification and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for medical personnel training.Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 997 medical undergraduates in Tibet University from March to May 2021 to investigate the students'professional identification and its influencing factors.Independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear stepwise regression,Pearson's correlation analysis and other methods were used for data analysis.Results The students'professional identification was(3.76±0.43)points;the professional reputation was(4.04±0.59)points;the professional cognition was(4.02±0.53)points;the professional input was(3.71±0.52)points;the professional matching was(3.69±0.50)points;the professional affection was(3.44±0.89)points.The results of the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the students whose majors were recognized(β=0.35,P<0.01)and chosen independently(β=0.19,P<0.01),those who were full of expectations for the prospects of their majors(β=0.26,P<0.01)and those who chose their majors under the influence of other important people in their life(β=0.08,P<0.01)had higher professional identification.Conclusion The professional identification of Tibetan medical undergraduates is at an uppermiddle level.Professional identification is affected by the factors such as gender,ethnicity,grade,major,whether the major is the first choice after their college entrance examination,the reasons for choosing the major,and whether important people have influenced their decision,whether they recognize the major,and whether they have expectations for the future prospects of their major.
