摘  要:发酵是历史悠久的中药炮制方法之一,可在获得发酵代谢产物的同时,提高中药药效,降低毒性。乳酸菌可调节肠道菌群,发挥多种药效机制,具有应用范围广、安全性高的特点。以乳酸菌为发酵菌种发酵制得的乳酸菌发酵中药逐渐成为了现代发酵类中药的一个重要分支,可丰富中药类型,探究中药新功能,促进中药的创新发展。本文分析了乳酸菌发酵中药的研究潜力,并对近年来乳酸菌发酵中药的药理功能和乳酸菌的中药药效提升机制进行综述,初步探讨了乳酸菌发酵中药的免疫调节、抗氧化、肠道炎症干预、神经退行性疾病干预、肥胖干预等方面的相关药理作用,并从中药成分释放、中药成分转化、中药增菌作用、乳酸菌与中药的体内相互作用方面探讨了乳酸菌发酵中药的药效提升机制。未来可利用多组学联用技术对乳酸菌发酵中药进行深入研究,以加强对于乳酸菌发酵中药的认识。Fermentation is one of the long-standing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)processing methods,which can improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of TCM while obtaining fermentation metabolites.Lactobacillus can regulate intestinal flora,exert a variety of pharmacodynamic mechanisms,and have the characteristics of wide application range and high safety.Lactobacillus fermented TCM(LFTCM),which is fermented by Lactobacillus,has gradually become an important branch of modern fermented TCM,which can enrich the types and explore new functions of TCM.This paper analyzes the research potential of LFTCM,and summarizes the pharmacological function of LFTCM and the mechanism of improving the efficacy of lactobacillus.The related pharmacological effects of degenerative disease intervention,obesity intervention,etc.,and the mechanism of improving the efficacy of TCM fermented by Lactobacillus were discussed in terms of the release of TCM components,the transformation of TCM components,the enrichment effect of TCM,and the interaction in vivo between lactobacillus and TCM.In the future,multi-omics combined technology would be used to conduct in-depth research on LFTCM to strengthen the understanding of LFTCM.
