摘 要:新中国成立初期,芜湖的安徽大学是由安庆的国立安徽大学和芜湖的省立安徽学院合并而成。为了实现两校成功合并,满足学科高质量发展的需求,安徽大学对教师队伍采取了一系列改革措施,包括教育系在内教师的政治思想和专业素养按照新中国建设的需要进行改造,重新定位学校各级机构功能、持续开展各项活动、保证教师外出学习,以此凝聚教师团队;以自上而下的推广和自下而上的推动来完善大学制度建设。这些措施的落实,在很大程度上调动了广大教师的工作积极性和主动性,为大学健康发展奠定了坚实基础,也为随后的院系调整创造了诸多有利条件。In the early days of the new China,National Anhui University in Anqing City and Anhui College,which is a provincial college in Wuhu City,merged into Anhui University in Wuhu City.To boost the successful merging of the two schools and meet the need of high-quality development,Anhui University carried out a series of reforms on the part of teaching staff construction.All the teachers,including those in the Department of Education,received the political and ideological education and promoted their professional qualities in accordance with the needs of the construction of a new China.Besides,Anhui University readjusted the functions of its school departments and guaranteed the opportunities of the teachers furthering their study at home or abroad.It perfected its institutional construction by means of both top-down implementation and bottom-up spurring.All these measures evoked the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff,laying a solid foundation for the development of the university and creating a favorable condition for the forthcoming nation-wide adjustment of colleges and departments.
