摘　　要：师生关系必须要从生活进入到生命层面,才能形成双方的生命交流,最终促进双方的生命成长。从生活到生命的师生关系主要是指双方的交互具有生命性,能够从具体的生活走向生命对话的境界。教师必须要有智慧地建构师生关系,用真诚换取学生真心,用经验构筑实践道路,用策略化解矛盾冲突等,才能使师生关系发展至理想状态。The teacher-student relationship must reach the level of life being from life to form the life communication between the two sides,and finally promote the life growth of both sides.The teacher-student relationship from life to life being mainly means that the interaction between the two sides has the nature of life and can move from concrete life to the realm of life dialogue.Teachers must construct the teacher-student relationship intelligently,acquire students’sincerity through sincerity,construct the practical path with experience,and resolve conflicts with strategies so as to enable the teacher-student relationship to develop into an ideal state.
