摘 要:为研究海藻提取液对水培生菜生长发育及品质的影响,用不同稀释倍数的海藻提取液(S-300、S-500、S-800)对水培生菜进行叶面喷施处理,以清水作为对照(CK),测定水培生菜的生长指标及品质指标。结果表明:S-500组水培生菜的株高、茎粗及最大根长均高于CK组(P>0.05),叶片数目显著高于CK组(P<0.05);根冠比显著高于CK组17.2%(P<0.05);可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、Vc含量及花青素含量分别比CK组高37.2%、27.3%、75.2%和131.1%(P<0.05),硝酸盐含量相比CK组降低19.5%;过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶酶活性分别提高29.3%、20.8%和91.8%;叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量分别增加136.6%和130.4%。综上,海藻提取液对水培生菜生长发育、品质特征及抗氧化酶活性都有显著的促进作用,稀释500倍的海藻提取液对水培生菜促生长及品质提高效果较佳。In order to study the effect of seaweed extract on the growth,development and quality of hydroponic lettuce,the leaves of hydroponic lettuce were sprayed with seaweed extract with different dilution times(S-300,S-500 and S-800),and the growth index and quality index of hydroponic lettuce were measured with clear water as control(CK).The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter and maximum root length of S-500 group were higher than those of CK group(P>0.05),and the number of leaves was significantly higher than that of CK group(P<0.05).The root shoot ratio was significantly higher than that of CK group by 17.2%(P<0.05).The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,Vc and anthocyanin in CK group were 37.2%,27.3%,75.2%and 131.1%higher than those in CK group,respectively(P<0.05),and the content of nitrate decreased by 19.5%.The activities of catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase increased by 29.3%,20.8%and 91.8%,respectively.The contents of chlorophy ll and carotenoid increased by 136.6%and 130.4%,respectively.In conclusion,seaweed extract can significantly promote the growth and development,quality characteristics and antioxidant enzyme activity of hydroponic lettuce,among which the seaweed extract diluted 500 times has a better effect on promoting the growth and quality of hydroponic lettuce.
